• Because of what kind of weather conditions has to be cancelled the tour?

  In case of heavy rain or snow, below 0 degree we have to cancel the tour and during this kind of weather renting the vehicle is not possible. Naturally in this case a new date can be agreed if it is possible. The client will get back the money if the new tour fails.

• Where it is possible to shuttle by the vehicle?

  On pavements, low-traffic roads, bikeways, maybe dirt roads. The traffic regulations concern to walkers always should be kept. Cross over the curbs and bumps is prohibited and dangerous. The drive always has to watch out for road defects. Our company (Magura Event & Rental Ltd.) and the guide are not responsible for the injuries happened because of carelessness of the driver. All the damages also caused in the vehicle should pay by the driver.

• What kind of document is needed to rent the vehicle?

  ID card and personal address card is needed. Foreign people passport is required.

• Can I use my phone or camera to take pictures during driving the vehicle?

  No. The driver should grab the handlebar by both hands. Using one hand is prohibited and can be dangerous. In case of incoming calls or demand for a photo the driver should give a sign to the guide. During a tour there are several stops when pictures can be taken.
