Questions about personal transporter

• I have never used a similar vehicle like this. Is it easy to use?

  It is easy to learn how to use the vehicle. Our trainer will teach the drivers the usage of it within a short period of time.

• What kind of device/vehicle is it?

  The concept of the vehicle is based on balance and body moving. It is perfect for sightseeing and transportation at the same time.

• Who can rent our vehicles and who are allowed to participate in our tours?

  The minimum age is 10, but the drivers who are between 10-18 years old, should be attended by an adult. It is also important that the weight of the driver should be minimum 35 kgs and maximum 120 kgs. Pregnant women and people who are under influence by alcohol or drug, disabled people and whose have the following sicknesses: vestibular disorder, high/low blood pressure, defect of vision, dizziness the usage of the vehicle is prohibited.

• In a few words how to use the vehicle (Of course these information will be told by our colleague during a short training before the first usage.)

  - First of all after grabbing the handlebar, step on the vehicle upstanding, like standing on the ground. With this we ensure that the vehicle won’t move away.

  
  

  - By leaning forward the vehicle will move forward, leaning backward the vehicle will move backward.

  
  

  - In case of turning it is better to slow down not to tumble with the vehicle. (To avoid injures we provide protective gears, like helmet, elbow and knee protectors.)

  
  

  - It is recommended to keep distance to each vehicle.

  
  

  - Try to avoid cross over big bumps.

  
  

  - Both wheels of the vehicle should be on the same ground level in case of pavements and roadsides. In case of high roadsides it is prohibited to try to cross over them because of possible injuries. Drivers have to get off and pick the vehicle up to the pavement.

• When do you need to arrive before the tour?

  Before the tour or the personal usage the trainer needs 10-15 minutes to give a presentation about how to use the vehicle. The user of the vehicle has to sign a declaration of liability, which declares that the Magura Event & Rental Ltd. is not responsible for any damages caused by the driver. All the damages caused in the vehicle should pay by the driver. Without signing the declaration the driver cannot start.

• How many people can go touring at the same time?

  Maximum 10-11 people can join for a tour. In case of a bigger group previous negotiation is needed by email or phone.

• What is the recommended wearing?

  The recommended wearing are closed shoes and that kind of clothes which are appropriate for the actual weather.

• Does protective gears needed?

  Wearing a helmet is obligatory, we can provide helmets for the drivers. We can provide also knee and elbow protectors but wearing them is not obligatory only recommended.
